Not sure where to start? Most people fit into one of these two situations.

1:1 guidance

Individual Pilates

You need a plan that’s entirely your own, with a physiotherapist focused only on you, from start to finish.

What is Clinical Pilates

It’s not just exercise — it’s treatment and prevention.

Led and supervised by physiotherapists It differs from conventional Pilates through its therapeutic approach: exercises are adapted to specific health conditions — injuries, post-surgery, spinal pathologies, among others.
Small groups, progress at your own pace Exercises adapted to your body, in a calm, professional environment. This isn’t just a class — it’s ongoing care.

Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions?

No. Classes and exercises are adapted to your level and physical condition, from beginner to advanced — that’s why they’re always guided by a physiotherapist.

Comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and non-slip socks or bare feet, depending on the format. If you have specific questions, ask us before your first class.

Yes — it’s one of the main reasons to practice with us. Classes are led by physiotherapists and exercises are adapted to specific clinical conditions, including pain and spinal pathology.

MAT is done on the floor, using your own body weight; Reformer uses a machine with springs and adjustable resistance, allowing for more variety and exercise progression. Both have a small-group format.

Contact the clinic directly as far in advance as possible — the team will help reschedule your session whenever availability allows.

Your body thanks you for the first step.
