Pregnant or postpartum? Clinical Pilates is one of the safest ways to stay active during pregnancy — it strengthens the pelvic floor, helps prepare for birth and supports recovery afterwards. Besides the Pack of 10 Online Classes above, we also have mãe360º, a physiotherapy programme dedicated to women — it can be the starting point before or alongside Pilates.

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions?

No. Classes and exercises are adapted to your level and physical condition, from beginner to advanced — that’s why they’re always supervised by a physiotherapist.

Comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and non-slip socks or bare feet, depending on the modality. If you have specific questions, ask us before your first class.

Yes — it’s one of the main reasons people practise with us. Classes are led by physiotherapists and exercises are adapted to specific clinical conditions, including pain and spinal conditions.

Mat is done on the floor, using your own body weight; Reformer uses a machine with springs and adjustable resistance, allowing more variety and exercise progression. Both have a small-group version.

We screen for conditions, assess your posture, teach the technique, and adapt the exercises to your case — to make sure the plan is safe and effective from the first session.

Yes. Postural issues often develop during adolescence, linked to poor posture and a sedentary lifestyle. Clinical Pilates helps correct posture and build body awareness and strength, before these habits become problems in adulthood.

Contact the clinic directly, with as much notice as possible — the team will help reschedule your session whenever availability allows.

Your body will thank you for the first step.

Book your Pilates class and start with the support of a physiotherapist, in small groups or one-to-one.
