Women’s Health Physiotherapy · moveOn Fisio
mãe360º is a continuous programme, developed by physiotherapists specialised in pelvic health, to prepare you for pregnancy, birth and recovery — always personalised, built around you and the stage you’re in, with real support between sessions.
How it works
Between appointments, work and a baby on the way (or already here), we know your availability changes week to week and your schedule doesn’t always allow for travel. That’s why each step can be done in whichever way suits you best — the plan is always built around your stage, your body and your routine, never the other way round.
In-clinic sessions, with a full pelvic floor assessment, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and the specialised touch that only in-person care allows; guidance and remote follow-up. An exercise plan in our app and messages with your physiotherapist between sessions. A combination adjusted to you, session by session. The best balance for many mothers.
Always individualVideo-call sessions, with the same clinical rigour and the same individual plan — one click away, at the time that suits you best; an exercise plan in our app and messages with your physiotherapist between sessions.

The Programme
Two phases designed as a single journey — from preparing to recovering — each session with a clear goal and a purpose within the whole. You can start pre-natal care in any trimester; it usually begins from 12 weeks of pregnancy (with your obstetrician’s authorisation).
If you choose to do all sessions online, the 3 in-person sessions are easily adapted to video call.
3 In-Person Sessions
A full assessment at structural, muscular, ligament and visceral level, and definition of the treatment plan adjusted to your week of pregnancy. A complete pelvic function baseline and your first home exercise plan.
From 12 weeks, with your obstetrician’s authorisation.A comfort session to relieve fluid retention and tension, with close follow-up of how your pregnancy is progressing.
Practical perineal preparation guidance for birth. Pelvic floor flexibility and mobility work to help the baby engage, with continued support right up to the expected due date.
3 Online Sessions
Specific, monitored physical exercise, breathing work, mobility, strengthening and postural alignment — an individual session, adapted to your pace.
The first session of this programme can be immediate; follow-up sessions can start 4 to 6 weeks after a natural birth, or 6 to 8 weeks after a caesarean and your obstetrician’s discharge. They are always individual — and you’re welcome to bring your baby to our clinic whenever you need to.
6 Online Sessions
Reassurance and first guidance for the initial weeks after birth — what to avoid, what to resume and when.
Individual sessions to reinforce your exercise plan, answer questions and adjust progression to your recovery and your routine with the baby. Progressive return of strength, posture, core and stability in the shoulder and pelvic girdles, adapted to the state of your diastasis and pelvic floor.
3 In-Person Sessions
A full assessment and treatment of your body — pelvic floor, abdominal diastasis, caesarean or episiotomy scars — to recover safely and effectively.
A comfort session supporting your physical and emotional postpartum recovery. Scar tissue work, relief of pelvic pain, and manual lymphatic drainage for fluid retention and tired-leg sensations.
A full re-assessment and treatment of your body — pelvic floor, abdominal diastasis, caesarean or episiotomy scars. A review of your progress and a joint decision on next steps — continuing with Clinical Pilates or a maintenance plan.
