Does this sound like you?

If you’re dealing with any of these, you’re not alone — and there’s a solution.

These are the most common reasons mothers come to us, before and after birth. mãe360º exists to treat exactly this.

Low back pain
Urine leaks (when coughing, sneezing or running)
A belly that’s still visibly rounded, months after giving birth
Abdominal diastasis
Pain when picking up or carrying your baby
Loss of strength and a sense of a “different body”
Pain or discomfort during intimacy

How it works

One programme, two ways to live it — always designed around you.

Between appointments, work and a baby on the way (or already here), we know your availability changes week to week and your schedule doesn’t always allow for travel. That’s why each stage can be done in whichever way suits you best — the plan is always built around your stage, your body and your routine, never the other way round.

Hybrid

Sessions at the clinic, with a full pelvic floor assessment, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and the specialised touch that only an in-person session allows; remote guidance and follow-up. An exercise plan in our app and messages with your physiotherapist between sessions. A combination tailored to you, session by session. The best balance for many mothers.

Always individual

100% Online

Video call sessions, with the same clinical rigour and the same individualised plan — a click away, at the time that suits you best; an exercise plan in our app and messages with your physiotherapist between sessions.

Always individual

What never changes

Whatever the format, the plan is always designed for you.

Always an individual assessment There are no group sessions in this programme. Every assessment and every session starts from your history, your pregnancy and your body.
A plan adjusted to every stage The technique, progression and frequency of sessions are reviewed throughout pregnancy and postpartum — nothing is a fixed protocol applied to every mother.
An at-home exercise plan Set by your physiotherapist and available in our app, with videos and weekly progression.
Message-based support Questions, plan adjustments and ongoing support between sessions, directly through the app.

Who will be looking after me? Every mãe360º session is led by physiotherapists specialised in women’s health — pelvic floor, pregnancy and postpartum.

The Programme

Six sessions before. Nine after.

Two phases designed as a single journey — from preparing to recovering — each session with a clear purpose and a role in the whole. You can start the prenatal programme in any trimester; it usually begins from 12 weeks of pregnancy (with your obstetrician’s approval).

The real order of appointments — in-person and online sessions alternate. If you prefer, the in-person sessions can easily be adapted to the online format.

Initial Assessment

In Person

A full assessment at the structural, muscular, ligament and visceral level, and the treatment plan set for your week of pregnancy. A complete baseline of pelvic function and your first home exercise plan.

From 12 weeks, with your obstetrician’s approval.

Pilates, Stretching, Pelvic Mobility (1 of 3)

Online

Specific, monitored exercise, breathing work, mobility, strengthening and postural alignment — an individual session, adapted to your pace.

Pilates, Stretching, Pelvic Mobility (2 of 3)

Online

Continuing the exercise and mobility plan, adjusted to how your pregnancy is progressing.

Pilates, Stretching, Pelvic Mobility (3 of 3)

Online

Consolidating strength, breathing and postural alignment work before the final stage of pregnancy.

Manual Therapy / Manual Lymphatic Drainage

In Person

A comfort session to relieve fluid retention and tension, with close follow-up of how your pregnancy is progressing. Reserved for this later stage, when the body tends to need more rest than exercise.

Birth Preparation

In Person

Practical perineal preparation guidance for birth. Pelvic floor flexibility work and mobility to help the baby engage, with continued support up to the expected due date.

From week 34, to guide perineal massage.

The real order of appointments — always individual, and you’re welcome to bring your baby to the in-person sessions whenever you like.

Immediate Postnatal Assessment and Guidance

Online

Reassurance and initial guidance for the first weeks after birth — what to avoid, what to resume and when.

Within 14 days postpartum.

Postnatal Assessment

In Person

A full assessment and treatment of your body — pelvic floor, abdominal diastasis, C-section or episiotomy scars — to help you recover safely and effectively.

Between 4 to 6 weeks after a natural birth, or 6 to 8 weeks after a C-section and obstetrician clearance.

Clinical Pilates and Hypopressives (1 of 5)

Online

Individual sessions to consolidate your exercise plan, answer questions and adjust your progression to your recovery and your routine with your baby. Progressive return of strength, posture, core and shoulder and pelvic girdle stability, adapted to the state of your diastasis and pelvic floor.

Clinical Pilates and Hypopressives (2 of 5)

Online

Continuing the return of strength and stability, adjusted to the progress of your diastasis and pelvic floor.

Clinical Pilates and Hypopressives (3 of 5)

Online

Progression of the exercise plan, always adapted to your routine with your baby.

Clinical Pilates and Hypopressives (4 of 5)

Online

Consolidating posture, core and pelvic stability.

Clinical Pilates and Hypopressives (5 of 5)

Online

The final session of this stage, reviewing progress before the final in-person sessions.

Lymphatic Drainage / Relaxation Massage

In Person

A comfort session supporting physical and emotional postnatal recovery. Scar work, relief of pelvic pain, and manual lymphatic drainage for fluid retention and tired legs.

Final Reassessment / Discharge

In Person

A full reassessment and treatment of your body — pelvic floor, abdominal diastasis, C-section or episiotomy scars. A review of your progress and a joint decision on next steps — continuing with Clinical Pilates or a maintenance plan.

In the words of mothers who’ve done the programme

What mothers who’ve completed mãe360º have to say.

Two short videos to get to know the process better and answer some questions right away, and testimonials from mothers we’ve supported before and after birth.

★★★★★

“I came in with a lot of questions about diastasis and no idea if I’d be able to exercise again. Today, 4 months on, I feel so much stronger — and I never felt alone between sessions.”

Marta S. mother of Francisca, 5 months
★★★★★

“I did the whole prenatal programme online, because of my schedule, and I felt the same level of care I would have had in person. I got to birth much more prepared and calm.”

Inês R. mother of Tomás, 8 months
★★★★★

“The urine leaks disappeared by around session 6 and my posture improved a lot. My physiotherapist always adjusted the plan to my week — I never felt like it was a generic protocol.”

Frequently asked questions

Still have questions?

Yes. mãe360º has no group sessions, in person or online. Every assessment and every exercise plan is built from your clinical history and your stage of pregnancy or recovery.

It’s the app where you’ll find your personalised exercise plan, with videos and weekly progression, and where you can message your physiotherapist directly between sessions — for questions, plan adjustments or ongoing support, without waiting for the next appointment.

Yes, you can choose the 100% online format. The 3 in-person sessions of the hybrid plan are easily adapted to video call, keeping the same clinical rigour and the same individual support.

You can start in any trimester, but the programme usually begins from 12 weeks of pregnancy, with your obstetrician’s approval.

The first session can be immediate. The following sessions start 4 to 6 weeks after a natural birth, or 6 to 8 weeks after a C-section, subject to your obstetrician’s clearance. You can bring your baby to the in-person sessions whenever you need to.

The plan is always individualised. In the case of a C-section, timing and exercise progression are adapted to your healing and medical clearance, while keeping the same close support.

Yes, Clinical Pilates and hypopressive gymnastics are part of the programme’s online sessions, in both the prenatal and postnatal phases, adapted to the state of your diastasis and your pelvic floor.

Yes. You’re always welcome to bring your baby to the in-person postnatal sessions, whenever you need to — no need to arrange childcare.

Yes. Abdominal diastasis and pelvic floor dysfunctions can persist for years after birth, and can still be assessed and treated — there’s no “deadline” to get started.

In the prenatal phase, the 6 sessions take place over however much time is left until birth (from 12 weeks onwards). In the postnatal phase, the 9 sessions are usually spread over a few months, always adjusted to your pace of recovery.

We issue detailed invoices that you can submit for reimbursement to your health insurer. Terms vary by policy and insurer — contact us so we can confirm with you before your first session.

That’s not the goal. The work is always adapted to your comfort level, with constant communication with your physiotherapist throughout the session.

Yes — that’s exactly what the Prenatal phase of mãe360º is for, usually from 12 weeks of pregnancy and with your obstetrician’s approval.

The first step is an assessment, designed around you.
