How it works

One programme, two ways to experience it — always built around you.

Between appointments, work and a baby on the way (or already here), we know your availability changes week to week and your schedule doesn’t always allow for travel. That’s why each step can be done in whichever way suits you best — the plan is always built around your stage, your body and your routine, never the other way round.

Hybrid

In-clinic sessions, with a full pelvic floor assessment, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage and the specialised touch that only in-person care allows; guidance and remote follow-up. An exercise plan in our app and messages with your physiotherapist between sessions. A combination adjusted to you, session by session. The best balance for many mothers.

Always individual

100% Online

Video-call sessions, with the same clinical rigour and the same individual plan — one click away, at the time that suits you best; an exercise plan in our app and messages with your physiotherapist between sessions.

Always individual

What never changes

Whatever the format, the plan is always designed for you.

Individual assessment, always There are no group sessions in this programme. Every assessment and every session starts from your history, your pregnancy and your body.
A plan adjusted to every stage Technique, progression and session frequency are reviewed throughout pregnancy and postpartum — nothing is a fixed protocol applied to every mother.
A home exercise plan Set by your physiotherapist and available in our app, with videos and weekly progression.
Support by message Questions, plan adjustments and ongoing support between sessions, directly through the app.

The Programme

Six sessions before. Nine after.

Two phases designed as a single journey — from preparing to recovering — each session with a clear goal and a purpose within the whole. You can start pre-natal care in any trimester; it usually begins from 12 weeks of pregnancy (with your obstetrician’s authorisation).

If you choose to do all sessions online, the 3 in-person sessions are easily adapted to video call.

3 In-Person Sessions

Initial Assessment

In Person

A full assessment at structural, muscular, ligament and visceral level, and definition of the treatment plan adjusted to your week of pregnancy. A complete pelvic function baseline and your first home exercise plan.

From 12 weeks, with your obstetrician’s authorisation.

Manual Therapy / Manual Lymphatic Drainage

In Person

A comfort session to relieve fluid retention and tension, with close follow-up of how your pregnancy is progressing.
