Women’s Health Physiotherapy · moveOn Fisio
mãe360º is an ongoing physiotherapy programme for women’s health, designed for pregnancy, birth and recovery. Before each session, you can choose whether you’d prefer in person, online, or a mix of both. In the session, your physiotherapist assesses how you’re feeling that day and adapts the plan — never a fixed script.
Recognise yourself here?
These are the most common reasons mothers come to us, before and after birth. mãe360º exists to treat exactly this.
How it works
Between appointments, work and a baby on the way (or already here), we know your availability changes week to week. That’s why, with mãe360º, nothing is decided in advance: you choose the format before each session, and the content of every session always adapts to how you’re feeling that day.
A session at the clinic, with a full structural assessment, manual therapy, lymphatic drainage, and the specialised touch that only being there in person allows.
Always one-to-oneA video call session with the same clinical rigour and the same individual plan — a click away, at the time that suits you best.
Always one-to-oneCombine both throughout the programme, without committing to a single format — decide before each session whatever makes most sense for that week.
Always one-to-oneWhat never changes
Who will be looking after me? Every mãe360º session is led by physiotherapists specialised in women’s health — pelvic floor, pregnancy and postpartum.

All the techniques below are part of mãe360º, in the pre- or postnatal phase, each with a specific goal for your body. They don’t follow a fixed order — your physiotherapist chooses, session by session, whichever makes sense for you at that moment.
Structural, muscular, ligament and pelvic floor assessment, with manual therapy for lower back and pelvic pain and built-up tension, plus scar work for a C-section or episiotomy — to ease the most common discomforts of pregnancy and postpartum.
Relief from fluid retention, tired legs and physical discomfort — especially useful in the later stages of pregnancy and the first weeks postpartum.
Strengthening, mobility, breathing and postural alignment, with progression adapted to your week of pregnancy or your postpartum recovery — to rebuild posture and strength safely and progressively. Includes hypopressive work when indicated.
Assessment and progressive recovery of the abdominal wall and pelvic floor, with safe exercises adapted to your degree of diastasis — preventing and treating incontinence and other dysfunctions, before and after birth.
Flexibility and mobility work for the pelvic floor, guidance on perineal massage, and physical preparation, from week 34 — for a physically calmer labour.
Message-based support in the app between sessions, questions about exercises and plan adjustments — you never need to wait for your next appointment to ask something.
Plans
Every session is always one-to-one, with the format (in person, online or mixed) chosen by you until the day before. The session numbers in the plans below are our suggested minimum — you can continue beyond them whenever it makes sense, with no surprises. If you’d rather not commit to a package, you can always pay session by session.

Two short videos to get a better sense of the process and answer some questions, plus testimonials from mothers we’ve supported before and after birth.
“I arrived with a lot of questions about diastasis, not knowing if I’d be able to exercise again. Four months on, my body feels so much stronger — and I never felt alone between sessions.”
“I did the whole prenatal programme online because of my schedule, and felt just as cared for as I would in person. I went into birth feeling far more prepared and calm.”
“The urinary leaks disappeared around session 6, and my posture improved a lot. My physiotherapist always adjusted the plan to my week — I never felt like it was a generic protocol.”
These are just examples of the kind of results reported. See more real stories and reviews on our Testimonials page.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. There are no group sessions in mãe360º, whether in person or online. Every assessment and every exercise plan is built from your clinical history and your stage of pregnancy or recovery.
You decide up until the day before the session, based on what’s most convenient for you that week. You can switch freely throughout the whole programme — there’s no need to pick one fixed format from the start. Some sessions, such as the initial assessment and birth preparation, are recommended in person because of the hands-on assessment involved, but the final decision is always yours.
No. We don’t follow a fixed protocol by session number. In every session, your physiotherapist assesses how you’re doing that day — how you feel, what you’re presenting — and adapts the work accordingly.
It’s the app where you have your personalised exercise plan, with videos and weekly progression, and where you can message your physiotherapist directly between sessions — for questions, plan adjustments, or ongoing support, without waiting for your next appointment.
You can start in any trimester, but care usually begins from 12 weeks of pregnancy, with your obstetrician’s approval.
The first session can be immediate. Following sessions begin 4–6 weeks after a vaginal birth, or 6–8 weeks after a C-section, once cleared by your obstetrician. You’re welcome to bring your baby to in-person sessions.
The plan is always individualised. In the case of a C-section, timing and exercise progression are adapted to healing and medical clearance, while keeping the same close support.
Yes, Clinical Pilates and hypopressive exercise are part of the programme’s sessions, in both the prenatal and postnatal phases, adapted to the state of your diastasis and pelvic floor.
Yes. You’re always welcome to bring your baby to postnatal in-person sessions, whenever you need to — there’s no need to arrange childcare.
Yes. Abdominal diastasis and pelvic floor dysfunctions can persist for years after birth, and can still be assessed and treated — there’s no “deadline” for starting.
We issue detailed invoices you can submit for reimbursement to your health insurer. Terms vary by policy and insurer — contact us so we can confirm with you before your first session.
That’s not the goal. The work is always adapted to your comfort level, with ongoing communication with your physiotherapist throughout the session.
Yes — that’s exactly what the Prenatal phase of mãe360º is for, usually from 12 weeks of pregnancy and with your obstetrician’s approval.
No. They’re our suggested baseline, based on experience supporting hundreds of mothers — the minimum that’s usually enough. If you need more sessions, we continue with you, always with your knowledge and no surprises.
No problem. You can do the whole programme through single sessions, in person or online, paying only for what you use. Packages exist for those who prefer a fixed upfront price, but they’re not compulsory.
