Group Classes
Pilates, Hypopressives, Barre and Postnatal, always clinically supervised — in groups small enough to adapt every exercise to your body. And to your injury, if you have one.
Whichever class you choose
The classes
Pilates done on the floor, using your own body weight and small props — resistance bands, balls, discs, blocks. It’s the class with the most time slots, Monday to Friday, from early morning to the end of the day: if you need to fit exercise into a full week, start here.

Pilates on a machine with springs and adjustable resistance — the Reformer — which allows more variety and progression than the mat. Three people per class: the spring load is set to your body and every repetition is corrected as it happens. It’s almost a private session.

Hypopressive abdominal training, using the Low Pressure Fitness technique — it works the breath and deep core activation without raising abdominal pressure. That’s why it’s used when classic abdominal work is not advisable: diastasis, a weakened pelvic floor, hernias, postpartum.
A ballet-inspired workout combining elements of dance, Pilates and strength training. The movements are small and controlled on purpose — they build endurance and stability rather than impact. You don’t need to know how to dance, or to have ever done ballet.
A group class designed specifically for mothers after birth — recovering from abdominal diastasis, rebuilding the pelvic floor and regaining strength. You can bring your baby with you.
This is the only class without a trial — and the reason is clinical, not commercial.
After birth, two women of the same age with babies the same age can need opposite things. An unclosed diastasis or a pelvic floor that hasn’t regained strength completely changes what is safe to do — some exercises, done too early, pull the abdominal muscles further apart or make urine leakage worse. None of that is visible from across a room with six other people in it.
So we always start with a one-to-one assessment: the physiotherapist assesses your pelvic floor and diastasis, teaches you the correct activation, and tells you clearly whether you can join the group yet — and, if not, what has to happen first. It costs the same as a single class, but spent on knowing where to begin.
Prices
The Reformer has its own price because the group is three people. Every other class shares the same table — and you can mix modalities within your monthly plan. View all prices →
Estádio · maximum 7 people
The trial class is deducted from your first month. Postnatal has no trial class — it starts with the one-to-one assessment.
Berna · maximum 3 people

None of these times work for you? With a minimum of 2 people we create a class tailored to you, at the time you prefer — outside the existing timetable. Talk to us and we’ll see what’s possible.
Talk on WhatsAppCancelling a trial class. Once purchased, trial group classes are not refunded, but they can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the class start time. With less than 48 hours to go, they cannot be transferred to another class.
Frequently asked questions
You can, and we recommend it, in every class except Postnatal. Book a trial class — €15 for most modalities, €25 for the Reformer — and take the full class with the real group. If you decide to sign up at the end, we deduct what you paid from your first month and you join the group straight away.
Because after birth what is safe to do depends on the state of your pelvic floor and abdominal diastasis, and that can’t be assessed from across a group class. We start with a one-to-one assessment (€49.50), where the physiotherapist assesses you, teaches the correct activation and tells you clearly whether you can join the group yet.
You can, within the Estádio table: if you have 2x a week, you could do one Mat Pilates class and one Hypopressives class, for example. The Reformer has its own table because the group is three people.
No. You can join at any point in the month: you pay pro-rata for the weeks remaining until the end of the month, and the normal rate from then on.
A maximum of 3 on the Reformer, and a maximum of 7 in the others. We don’t make exceptions: that limit is what allows every exercise to be corrected and the class adapted to anyone with pain, an injury or a condition.
Yes — it’s one of the main reasons people practise with us. Classes are always clinically supervised and exercises are adapted to specific clinical conditions. If your situation is more complex, we start with a one-to-one assessment before the group.
No, in any of the modalities — including Barre, where you don’t need to have done ballet. Exercises are adapted to your level within the same class.
Comfortable clothing that allows free movement, and non-slip socks or bare feet, depending on the modality. If you have specific questions, ask us before your first class.
A trial class is not refunded, but it can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the class start time. With less than 48 hours to go, it cannot be transferred to another class. For monthly plans, talk to us with as much notice as possible.
If you decide to stay, we deduct it from your first month. Always in small groups, always with clinical supervision in the room.
