Clear prices, no surprises.
Organised by the format you choose — individual, in pairs, in groups or as a programme — with the same clinical rigour in every one of them, in person or online. 45-minute sessions, at our Estádio or Berna clinics, both with free parking.
No direct agreement, but you can still claim reimbursement.We don’t have a direct agreement with insurers or subsystems, but that doesn’t mean you have to pay everything out of pocket. If you have ADSE, reimbursement is around 50%. If you have another health insurance plan, call your insurer and ask if you have an allowance for out-of-network physiotherapy — in most cases you do. We issue the invoice in the correct format for reimbursement. Don’t have a medical prescription? We can point you to a teleconsultation contact who can issue one quickly.

Applies to: Mat Pilates · Equipment Pilates · Hypopressives · Barre — the same individual attention as a solo session, at a lower price, with the time and frequency of your choosing.
The Postnatal class has no trial class.It always starts with a one-to-one assessment of the pelvic floor and diastasis (€49.50), because what is safe to do after birth depends on the state of each body. The physiotherapist tells you clearly whether you can join the group yet.
You can combine different modalities within your weekly frequency, according to available schedules. You can join at any point in the month — you pay your first month pro-rata for the weeks remaining. Hypopressives classes last 30 minutes.
Trial classesOnce purchased, trial group classes are not refunded, but they can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the class start time. With less than 48 hours to go, they cannot be transferred to another class.
Trial class deductionThe price of the trial class is deducted from your first month, once per person, if you sign up on the day of the class.
Joining mid-monthYou can join at any point in the month. You pay your first month pro-rata for the weeks remaining until the end of the month, and the normal rate from then on.
Individual session packsNon-transferable, non-refundable and valid for one year from the date of purchase.
