MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE is a technique that assists, optimizes and facilitates the circulation of lymph, along with microorganisms and substances that the body doesn’t need

After the manual lymphatic drainage and if, there is no contraindication, we also use pressotherapy at the end of the session. 

You can perform LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE once a month. However, if you have any pathology, such as Venous Insufficiency, drainage must be performed more regularly, with the periodicity being defined after the assessment.
