PILATES AND CLINICAL PILATES

At moveOn Fisio, Pilates can be MAT and/or equipment, and also with the Clinical Pilates variant. With this approach we are able to develop a set of exercises, adapted and divided into different levels according to your needs and physical condition. Everyone can practice this method, with or without clinical and/or physical condition, including with some stages of pain.

CLINICAL PILATES TEENS

Important changes occur during adolescence, including, physical transformations.

Several factors influence the development of a postural deviation. Nowadays, teens spent many hours sitting at school, in front of the television/computer and with a bad posture on their phones. In addition, a sedentary lifestyle leads to a bad posture and back pain.

When teens have some postures that aren’t corrected, they can lead to a series of changes and, in the future, they can develop some pathologies. Clinical Pilates will help minimizing these possible structural changes.
