When to start

At moveOn Fisio, the first session should take place from 12 weeks of pregnancy onwards (with the obstetrician’s approval), with continuous follow-up around once a week until birth.

When to start

Postnatal Physiotherapy sessions can begin 4 to 6 weeks after a natural birth, or 6 to 8 weeks after a C-section and obstetrician clearance. You’re always welcome to bring your baby to our clinics.
